Scott Hendrick — Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at Scotts Miracle-Gro Company

Mr. Scott Hendrick has been Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since October 2015. Mr. Hendrick served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Mergers & Acquisitions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since December 2014. Mr. Hendrick is responsible for the execution and leadership of the Scotts Miracle-Gro Company's global mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Hendrick served as Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company since February 2011 and served as its Chief Information Officer since September 2011. Mr. Hendrick is responsible for Business Transformation including leadership of The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company's Global Business Information Systems and the Global Business Process Transformation organizations. He began his career with ScottsMiracle-Gro in 1997 and worked in numerous leadership roles in Supply Chain including operations, production and logistics. Prior to this, he was accountable for Global Business Information Systems enterprise applications and global business transformation. Previously, he was Plant and Operations Manager at Interstate Brands Corporation/Continental Baking Company (now Hostess Brands), and held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in engineering, quality control and production with Frito-Lay and E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
