What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Terrible company. They ask for too much and barely pay you. Good if youre only a student. But otherwise its not so great

It's simple, benefits need to improve across the board.

They literally need to improve in communicating with staff and listening to needs of employees

They need to literally change everything. First they can start paying more
