David Spivak — Chief Financial Officer at Seaspan Corporation

Mr. David Spivak has been the Chief Financial Officer at Seaspan Corporation since May 02, 2016. Mr. Spivak served as President and Managing Director of Brockstreet Consulting, a strategic business and financial consulting firm he founded in 2013. From 1995 to 2012, he worked at Citigroup as a capital markets professional and investment banker. He held a variety of positions at Citigroup, including serving as Managing Director in the Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets Divisions, as well as serving as the Canadian Head of Global Capital Structuring. From 2005 to 2009, he was based in New York and led Citigroup's equity capital markets business in the aircraft leasing, maritime and SPAC sectors.
