Base plus commission structure is fair and reasonable and it leaves the rest up to me to succeed. The compensation package is very straight forward.
Medical coverage and 401k matching.
Receive pay increases without asking, reimbursed for qualified training, and matching 4% investments.
The health insurance amount I have to pay for a single person is zero which is great.
4% match on the 401k that is fully vested from the start
I enjoy the donation on behalf of; I feel as if the organization has a greater impact than the individual.
It is a great package.
What I like most about my compensation package is how fair and understanding the leadership was when working with me. As a small business, they gave me and open runway with no limits on opportunity.

I don't think I can choose just one aspect- insurance is comprehensive and affordable, salary is competitive, 401k match is excellent. Plus the addition of the wellness benefit- I feel spoiled!
