I feel fairly compensated and the bonus structure at the end of the year seems to be decent.

My team wants to push the boundaries of the company to grow it. Everything is a team effort.

The sense of knowing I'm helping create something unique and helping to safeguard important companies and government agencies.

They genuinely seem to care about the success of the company, helping it to grow, while caring about employees on an individual level.

Everyone is friendly and willing to help you grow in your role. There's also a feeling of constantly learning within the company and its product lines/services.

The mindset of everyone working together as a team to achieve goals - no person is left-behind, and the team isn't afraid to try something different.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the leadership team cares about the success of both employees and the company. They are very transparent about where we stand on a monthly basis through all-hands meetings. I appreciate the work they do to keep everyone in the loop.
