What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brad, our CEO, and all C-level employees for that matter, are always accessible and involved in the company. The CEO wants lots of employee feedback and frequently rewards and recognizes good ideas. He is very encouraging and positive, as well!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
SecurityMetrics appreciates their employees and rewards hard work! Pay is more than fair, there are tons of parties, incentives, contests, bonuses, etc.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Respectful, hardworking people. Nicest people around.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Supervisors, managers and directors are respectful and encouraging. They recognize hard work and allow time for fun as well.
