Very welcoming and structured. The best way to describe it would be to compare it to a sports team. Everyone has their individual role but when we need each other or have a team goal to hit, everyone pulls together. Overall experience has been amazing so far. Very blessed to work at Seek Capital.

The timeliness and professionalism. There was no information left unquestioned and the requirements/expectations of the job role was clear and concise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The amount of time and energy they put into all employees no matter the title. The leadership team truly cares about the future of the company and the future of the staff.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The affirmation when one hits a certain goal or metric. Along with the work atmosphere--providing lunch every Wednesday, and bagels/ ice cream truck every Friday to keep the motivation and attention high is such a positive decision and act the company does.
