What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership has a clear vision and always inspiring others leading by example. Great training, development and has clear roadmaps for growth within the team.
Goals are very clearly established. All the training and support that we need to meet those goals are provided. Everyone is set up to succeed.
The amount of time and energy they put into all employees no matter the title. The leadership team truly cares about the future of the company and the future of the staff.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical is definitely a winner in my book. Mostly paid by the employer which is amazing.
I have gotten a few nice raises based on my performance
I have a salary that is consistent along with the opportunity to make commission based on performance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very collaborative atmosphere and long term outlook!
We meet every day for 5 minutes to make sure everyone is on track for the day. We hang out outside of work. Everyone has eachother's backs
The open door policy and welcoming behavior especially with a new hire.

Its a sales atmosphere so its very fun, competitive, loud and exciting!

The affirmation when one hits a certain goal or metric. Along with the work atmosphere--providing lunch every Wednesday, and bagels/ ice cream truck every Friday to keep the motivation and attention high is such a positive decision and act the company does.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I did three interviews and eventually the CEO hired me.
The timeliness and professionalism. There was no information left unquestioned and the requirements/expectations of the job role was clear and concise.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being a part of a strong team that pushes each other to be the best version of ourselves.
