The entire CTC other than very few nominal statutory portions is completely fixed, so it is tremendous take home salary which I get here @SemaConnect which is fantastic. There are sufficient leaves, remote working, health insurance for self, spouse & family which is a great benefit.

The base salary is more than a living wage, and the bonus package is competitive and drives me to sell more. The health benefits are the best I have seen at any company.
