The leadership at SemaConnect makes our goals and expectations very clear. They are supportive and understanding, and I always feel like I can reach out to them with any questions.
What makes you most happy at work?
This is a very exciting business to be in. It is really fun to be able to educate clients everyday about the industry and where our product fits in specifically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency. I always know where I stand, how I am landing in comparison to what is expected of me, and feel like I am able to communicate openly with my colleagues and manager about any questions or concerns that arise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is an incredibly positive and supportive group. We are frequently sharing successful email tactics, insight into the market, and celebrating one another's successes. Even though we may be states a part, I feel like I know my teammates like I've stopped into their office everyday
