I don't feel micro-managed and management is ultra-focused on working with me to be successful.

In Sales, everyday is different. My job affords me the ability to run my own little business, which is great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best part of this team is that everyone is willing to help each other to become successful. I've worked at other companies that were cutthroat and I don't feel that type of environment here.
