I have enjoyed working at SemaConnect, the people here are, mostly, on the same team trying to accomplish the same goals. There are some benefits that could be modified. PTO is somewhat light, and makes taking a day off a major decision.

As a fast growing company new ideas are welcomed and suggestions for improvements are encouraged.

Everyone is willing to help out an answer questions, and pitch in and work on projects together.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
They have added a number of benefits in the last few months, Short and Long term disability, additional life insurance, and that we are 100% vested from the moment we are eligible for 401K.
