There is a clear focus on the quality of life of the employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is pressure to sell more units, but they apply this in a healthy manor using encouragement, constant follow up, and support.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is more than a living wage, and the bonus package is competitive and drives me to sell more. The health benefits are the best I have seen at any company.
