Never be a boss and rule but be a leader motivate the team with small good that they do.

There is no one in the team and back bites you. They are genuine to work and supports together for team achivements
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is not about undervalued. We all work for money end of the day, as a human I always want more at the current situation that I'm going through.
