Knowing that my customers are happy.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have work and personal relationships, more like a family than just coworkers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I believe I make a lot less than I should for all of the work I do. I do know that others in the same position as me make more and have less work.

Virtual onboarding was great and in person onboarding was ok. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Definitely room for improvement on processes like ensuring all employees have a computer ready when they start.
