Charles Kirol — Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Sensata Technologies Holding N.V.

Mr. Charles Kirol has been Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Sensata Technologies Holding NV since April 2016. Mr. Kirol joined Sensata in March 2015 as Vice President, Global Procurement from Stanley Black & Decker where he held a series of Supply Management positions of increasing responsibility, culminating in his role as Vice President of Global Supply Chain Management for the Industrial Segment. Mr. Kirol also worked at GE Capital Corporations as a Global Operations Master Black Belt/Lean Leader, Director of Global Sourcing & Procurement and held other Global Sourcing and Commodity roles over a decade of service. Mr. Kirol earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of Florida in 1993 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In December 2011, he received an MBA from Indiana University and a Logistics Certification from the University of North Carolina through the DOD LOGTECH Supply Chain program and was the cohort valedictorian.
