Hans Lidforss — Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Sensata Technologies Holding N.V.

Mr. Hans Lidforss served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and M&A at Sensata Technologies, Inc., and Sensata Technologies Holding NV since June 2014 until April 17, 2017. Mr. Lidforss joined Sensata in June of 2014. He was responsible for corporate strategy, M&A, acquisition integration and business development. He serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Taleo Corp. Prior to Sensata, he worked in a similar role leading acquisition and corporate strategy at Taleo in Dublin, CA. He sucessfully led efforts in the sale of Taleo to Oracle. He served as Lead Operations Executive at Cerberus Capital Management; and a General Manager and Integration Director at GE Capital IT Solutions. Mr. Lidforss served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Taleo Corp., since October 25, 2010. Previously, he served as a Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development and Global Head of Merges and Acquisitions Technology Solutions at Hewlett-Packard Company. He also served as an executive at Cerberus Capital Management LP. He serves as a Member of Advisory Board of Northzone Ventures. He served as a Director at Hewlett-Packard GlobalSoft Private Limited. Mr. Lidforss holds MBA from J.L. Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Link??pings tekniska h??gskola.
