Jacob A. Sayer — Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Performance Sensing Gbu at Sensata Technologies Holding N.V.

Mr. Jacob A. Sayer has been the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Performance Sensing GBU at Sensata Technologies Holding NV since 2016. Mr. Sayer served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Global Communications at Sensata Technologies Holding NV since May 2012 until June 6, 2016. Mr. Sayer served as Vice President of Business Development and Investor Relation at Avago Technologies Limited since September 2009. Mr. Sayer served as the Managing Director in the investment banking group of Bryan, Garnier & Co. and was previously the head of the Semiconductor and Electronics Corporate Finance Group for UBS AG. Over a 15 year investment banking career, he has completed more than 80 capital markets and M&A transactions on behalf of corporate clients with total consideration in excess of $20 billion. Mr. Sayer began his career at Merrill Lynch & Co. and also worked for Cowen & Company. He also served at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He has an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley Haas School of Business and a B.S. from Tulane University.
