Jeffrey J. Cote — COO & Executive VP of Sensing Solutions at Sensata Technologies Holding N.V.

Mr. Jeffrey J. Cote, also known as Jeff, CPA, has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sensata Technologies B.V. since July 2012 and November 2015 respectively. Mr. Cote has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sensing Solutions at Sensata Technologies Holding NV since July 2012 and November 2015 respectively. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Sensata Technologies B.V. since January 1, 2007. He served as an Executive Vice President and Executive Director of Sensata Technologies Holding NV since July 2007. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sensata Technologies Holding NV from April 2013 to February 04, 2014. He served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Sensata Technologies Holding NV since January 2011. He served as Senior Vice President of Sensata Technologies B.V. from January 1, 2007 to July 2007 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sensata Technologies Holding NV from January 2007 to July 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of DigitasLBi (formerly, Digitas Inc.) from January 2003 to April 1, 2005 and also served as its Chief Administrator Officer and Chief Financial Officer. From March 2005 to December 2006, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Ropes & Gray. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of DigitasLBi from January 2001 to April 1, 2005 and Chief Administrative Officer from June 2004 to March 2005 and served as its Executive Vice President. He managed Digitas Global Operations, including: financial planning, reporting and forecasting, facilities management and information technology, as well as its support services including IT, Legal, Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. He joined DigitasLBi, as Senior Vice President and Controller in February 2000. Prior to joining DigitasLBi, he served as Corporate Controller for The Monitor Group, a management consulting firm, beginning in 1997. From 1989 to 1997, he served as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, a public accounting firm, in its Tax Audit and National Accounting groups. He has been a Director at Trinseo SA since May 2014 and Sensata Technologies B.V. since July 2007 .He is Member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Cote has a B.A. and M.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
