Steven P. Reynolds — Vice President and General Counsel at Sensata Technologies Holding N.V.

Mr. Steven P. Reynolds has been General Counsel of Sensata Technologies Holding NV since April 2006 and also has been its Vice President since January 2007. Mr. Reynolds served as Head of the Legal Department of Sensata Technologies Holding NV since April 2006. Prior to Texas Instruments, Mr. Reynolds was an Attorney in both private and in-house practice. Mr. Reynolds supported the S&C business of Texas Instruments as legal counsel beginning in January 1999 and served with Texas Instruments since 1990 in other legal positions. Mr. Reynolds is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Rutgers University School of Law.
