Brilliant minds that are down to earth. Makes going to work exciting working with our team on products and technology that are first of its kind.
We move VERY fast yet in a smart, efficient manner. I can accomplish more in one week at Sequencing.com what it used to take me several months at my previous employer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fastest paced company I've ever worked for. The environment and culture are focused on high performance and pushing yourself beyond what most jobs require. I've worked longer hours than any other job but this has also been most rewarding work of my lifetime.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Discussion based with mix of questions that seem to evaluate industry knowledge and work ethic.
While it was difficult, I got to learn a lot about Sequencing.com.

Creating products and tech that is first of its kind and will clearly have immense impact upon the world.
My ideas are taken seriously and I'm allowed to develop and prove new ideas. Different ways of thinking are encouraged.
