Mr. Eric D. Shaff has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Seres Therapeutics, Inc. since November 17, 2014 and served as its Secretary. Mr. Shaff served as Vice President of Corporate Finance at Momenta Pharmaceuticals where he helped oversee Momenta's financial management including planning, financial control, procurement and investor relations. Mr. Shaff has over 15 years of corporate biotech finance and development experience. Prior to Momenta, he served as Global Head of Finance at Genzyme Corporation's Rare Genetic Disease Division and held several positions at Genzyme in Business Unit Finance and Corporate Finance as well as Corporate Development. Previously, he worked in Corporate Finance at Pfizer and worked in investment banking for Broadview International (now Jefferies Broadview). Mr. Shaff has been a Director of Sigilon Therapeutics, Inc. since October 30, 2017. Mr. Shaff earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Political Science and Economics. He earned his MBA from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University with a concentration in Finance.
