What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There's a lot of sexism. All the higher positions are men. Even the female executives are subjected to sexual comments. I and one of my coworkers were told to 'loosen up and so some leg' - we were told by a male supervisor to wear shorter skirts and lower tops.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
People don't respect me or the job I was hired to do.
Long hours, bonuses promised, none given
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to stop the arrogance and actually understand what they are doing which they don't most of the time and respect those that do understand.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Terribly discriminatory and competitive/combative especially to women
More inclusive and less hostile. The sexual comments should end
