There's not too much of a compensation honestly.
The money and off time of work

For every department learned or new skill compensation should reflect that. Holiday pay. Bonus for closing store.

I feel undervalued because some of our department heads or managers hardly do any work at all, meanwhile receive more pay and benefits than the rest of us do.
