We are a team regardless , so we make every important decision together. Other than that , it's a great place to work for - I'm in love with my job and I've been here for almost 3 years already.

There's not too much of a compensation honestly.
The money and off time of work
paid vacation and eye/dental insurance
I get no compensation while being employed here.
It's very affordable! I don't miss the $10 a week and get way more use out of it.

Willing to do things for each other when one was having a tough day.

Just our customers. I mean dont get me wrong , everyone has their ups and downs everywhere but we manage to get through it to show postiviety to our loyal customers all the time.
