Stephen Roith has been Co-Head of the London Capital Markets Practice and Partner of Securities Practice at Sidley Austin LLP since September 2010. Mr. Roith has experience in both developed and emerging markets capital markets, and is active in a broad range of international securities and finance transactions including secured and unsecured Eurobond issues, subordinated and high yield debt, tax and regulatory capital motivated structured finance. In addition to his experience in the London market, Mr. Roith previously led an international law firm's Asian capital markets practice.
