Ms. Yvette Ostolaza serves as Managing Partner of The Dallas Office and Co-Leader of Complex Commercial Litigation Practice at Sidley Austin LLP. Ms. Ostolaza serves as a Partner of Weil, Gotshal and Manges. Ms. Ostolaza served as Partner of Private Equity Practice - Dallas Office and Global Coordinator of Complex Commercial Litigation Practice at Sidley Austin LLP since October 2013. Ms. Ostolaza served as co-head of Weil's Complex Commercial Litigation practice. In her 21 years of practice, she has been the lead litigation partner on numerous cases in both federal and state courts throughout the country, has led significant investigations and has represented both national and Texas-based clients in domestic and international arbitrations. She serves as a Member of Portfolio Advisory Board at Texas Women Ventures. She serves as Director of Baylor Health Care System Foundation.
