Mr. Elias N. Nader has been Chief Financial Officer of Sigma Designs, Inc. since April 2014 and serves as its Principal Compliance Officer, Senior Vice-President and Secretary. Mr. Nader served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of Sigma Designs, Inc., since March 4, 2013 and served as its Corporate Controller since October 2012. Before joining Sigma Designs, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Imperial Holding, based in Europe and the Middle East. He has been a Financial Consultant with a number of global companies in Europe and the Middle East where he applied his proficiency in French, Spanish and Arabic. He has served as Corporate Controller for Bay Area-based Dionex Corporation (acquired by Thermo-Fisher). Mr. Nader has also served as Corporate Controller for Bay Area-based Dionex Corporation (acquired by Thermo-Fisher). Prior to Dionex, he served as the Vice President of Finance at InterWave Communications (acquired by Alvarion, Inc.). He served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller of AB Liquidating Corp., (formerly, Adaptive Broadband Corp.) since July 2000. He joined Adaptive Broadband in September 1997 as Director of Internal Audit. From April 1996 to September 1997, he served as a Director of Internal Audit Services at Price Waterhouse and from May 1995 to April 1996, he served as a Manager of Internal Audit at VeriFone Incorporated. From January 1993 to May 1995, he served as an Internal Auditor for Seagate Technology, Inc. He has over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. He has been a Director of YuMe, Inc. since May 27, 2016. He has a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a B.A. degree in Economics from San Jose State University. Mr. Nader holds an MBA from San Jose State University.
