Everyone is really nice -- it's almost kind of weird, but a good kind of weird.

Flexibility . Everyone also focuses on the collective goal versus trying to competitively crush each other. I love how it isn't a vicious environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really love the food -- I think Lauren and Natalie put forth a lot of effort in making sure there are group festivities etc.
