What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open to ideas, accessible and friendly
Leadership is solid. Will need to keep in mind that fast-growing companies can quickly fall into negative habits, but I think we're in a good place.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Free healthcare and a "thank you" bonus if you opt out!
Comp is good for the market, and I know that if I approach leadership with legitimate reasoning for needing additional comp, I'll be heard.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Solid team. At times it's difficult to determine who should own what tasks, but so far we've been able to figure everything out for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team is super supportive of you as an individual.

The process moved quickly, and I received feedback right away.

The opportunities I get and the people!
