What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teamwork and delegation. The entire company is driven towards meeting our company goals and getting our weekly and monthly bonuses, which are substantial. Are bonuses are a base amount plus a percentage of our salary (each week and month). We achieve our sales goals regularly.
What makes you most happy at work?
Our company ethos and what we stand for. We are committed to changing salons for the better through distributing the best non-toxic, organic, cruelty free, and fair-trade products.
