Mr. David Orrin Johnson, also known as Dave, has been the Chief Operating Officer of Skyline Medical Inc. (formerly, BioDrain Medical, Inc.) since July 1, 2012. Mr. Johnson served as an Acting Chief Operating Officer of BioDrain Medical, Inc. since December 12, 2011. He has over 35 years experience in executive, operations and management positions in rapid growth medical device organizations, directing growth domestically and internationally with products ranging from consumer based disposable commodity items to class III implantable devices. His experience includes executive management, training, product development, business development, regulatory and quality assurance, operations, supplier development and technology acquisitions. Prior to BioDrain Medical, he served as a Medical Device Consultant, President and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Forest Qigong. He co-founded Epitek, Inc., and served as its Vice President of Operations. He co-founded Timm Medical Technologies and served as its President. He served as Vice President of Operations Technology at UroHealth/Imagyn; Vice-President of Operations at Dacomed Corporation and various technical, operations and training positions at American Medical Systems and Pfizer Corporation. Mr. Johnson also holds a number of patents in the medical device field and the exercise fitness industry.
