Mr. David Schonbraun has been a Co-Chief Investment Officer of SL Green Realty Corp. since January 2011. Mr. Schonbraun served as Vice President of Origination of GKK Manager LLC, which previously managed Gramercy Capital Corp. Mr. Schonbraun served as Managing Director of Investments Group of SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. Schonbraun is an associate at SL Green in the acquisitions and investments group where he has been involved in over $750 million of equity and debt investments. Prior to joining SL Green, he was a real estate investment banking analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston, where he worked on a variety of mergers and acquisition transactions, as well as debt and equity financings. Mr. Schonbraun received a B.A. in Economics and Politics from Princeton University.
