Mr. Matthew J. Diliberto, also known as Matt, has been the Chief Financial Officer of SL Green Realty Corp. since January 1, 2015. Mr. Diliberto served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. DiLiberto has been with SL Green since September 2004, oversees the finance, accounting and corporate capital markets functions of the organization. From June 2000 to 2004, Mr. DiLiberto was with Roseland, NJ-based Chelsea Property Group, a division of Simon Property Group, a REIT focused on the development and ownership of premium outlet centers, where he served as Controller and Director of Information Management. From August 1998 to June 2000, Mr. DiLiberto worked at New York-based Vornado Realty Trust, a diversified REIT with ownership interests in office, retail and other property types, where he worked as a Senior Financial Analyst focusing on accounting and controls as well as the preparation of high level management reports and SEC filings. Mr. DiLiberto also worked as a Business Assurance Associate at Coopers and Lybrand, LLP (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Mr. DiLiberto received a B.S. degree in Accounting from The University of Scranton.
