Mr. Neil H. Kessner serves as an Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Real Property at SL Green Realty Corp. Mr. Kessner is responsible for all legal matters regarding the leasing, construction and management of SL Green's portfolio of office and retail properties. Mr. Kessner joined SL Green in 2000. From 1998 to 2000, he served as Associate General Counsel of Williams Real Estate Co., Inc. Prior to that, he served as a partner in the law firm Kessner & Mass, LLP, where he represented a large client base of prominent New York City commercial landlords and national and international office and retail tenants. Mr. Kessner received a B.A. from the City University of New York in 1980 and a J.D. from New York Law School in 1982.
