- What do you like best about the leadership team?They are just good with handling even the worst situation. They are the best bosses anyone would ask for especially in terms I professional relationship.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?I think it's thoughts that count. There's never a general package because Slourish seems to customize each person's package according to their interests as well as their performance.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The working condition is amazing but I think what makes Slourish fun is that we are like one family. Working here is very rewarding.

We like to see ourselves as the solution when it comes to reducing the hardship and building a better future for the Nigerian people. We know entrepreneurship breeds developments, jobs and a stronger economy at large and that's while we are tackling the problem from the root - businesses. It's no news that there are countless opportunities and quality business-driven men in the country but, was there a way to let the people actively get involved in the setup of these next generation brands? We hope to bring a lot of impact on the ways businesses and micro-investors do things but the major effect is on the creation of jobs, increase in the standard of living as well as the overall development of the country and economic growth.

We long to live in a world where all African ventures have easy and quick access to financing and micro-investors are able to create more quality ROI. We dream of a world where we have successfully catapulted the launch & growth of at least a thousand corporations that solves a global problem from Africa.
