Better pay and less driving miles, they are always switching work locations and some of them are very far away

Sales teams are beyond the healthy level of competitive and do not help each other improve sales or scripts etc

Better pay and a friendlier atmosphere with less miles driven.

Multiple levels of interviews for a mediocre minimum wage job and lots of hype and brainwashing

It needs to pay better and have us drive less miles
