The Director of Operations is grossly unqualified for the position and, as such, has been toxic to the environment

I started off with less pay than anyone in my role.

Some people are really great and work hard. The majority rely on others to do their work and pointy fingers when it doesn’t get done.

The environment is extremely toxic. A complete overhaul of personnel needs to be made.
