Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Since the bonus structure was changed to an annual payout, there is more uncertainty about whether an employee will receive one at all again for 2020. I think merit increases could be option to consider.

The company is not proactive in terms of raise, bonus and etc

Market rates are very competitive. We don't have guaranteed bonuses or raises. Large companies are giving out hundreds of thousands in guaranteed RSUs that are liquid immediately quarter to quarter. We should give more stock options out now to compete with these offers.
