What do you like best about the leadership team?
Current leadership team is fantastic! They have really transformed the culture of Snap Kitchen and I feel like we are headed toward a really bright (and successful!) future aroud here!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great comp, benefits and ancillary bens (i.e. free food allowance!). Would love to see a 401k!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is AMAZING! We work hard and play harder. My executive leader prioritizes having fun while we alwyas continue to strive to win and I know she always has my back, no matter what!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Snap culture is really great!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Corporate Recruiter is one of the best I've ever worked with and did a really great job at painting a really accurate picture of what working here would be like. Not to mention how great she made the whole process, from start to finish!
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, my boss and the work we are doing to help improve our customer's lives!
