Awesome working with Sophos. Fast-paced but very friendly. There is a workload as this is a cybersecurity company and you have to be updated all the time with new threats. But it's great to work with. Great Team and management is awesome. No pressures. I would recommend it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good package, with lots of perks and awards.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things every day from customers from their environment. Customer happiness is the greatest of all.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I spoke very freely, Interviewers never made me feel that I am in a hiring process. I never felt that comfortable in any of my interviews.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No pressures from the managers, work as teammates. In fact, managers handle some cases for us. This is not what I have see in my previous jobs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is loveable. Everyone talks to everyone. We enjoy working together. I never been to office due to covid but haven't felt that I don't know anyone. Management and team is just above and beyond expectations
