They have a vision and execute on it every day.
No pressures from the managers, work as teammates. In fact, managers handle some cases for us. This is not what I have see in my previous jobs.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Coverage is decent for medical, dental and eyesight if you know the right places to spend. Fitness budget is also included.

The environment is loveable. Everyone talks to everyone. We enjoy working together. I never been to office due to covid but haven't felt that I don't know anyone. Management and team is just above and beyond expectations

I spoke very freely, Interviewers never made me feel that I am in a hiring process. I never felt that comfortable in any of my interviews.
