Smart people. Not lazy or just there for a paycheck.

Highly stressful and demanding job. Women dont get paid equally eventhough we seem to be doing most of the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Wished they could pay more and provide more vacation and sick days. Also you are not allowed to take any Pto during Christmas and New year holiday
