What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical, Dental, and Vision are reasonable rates, even with family plans. 15 paid holidays and PTO ramps up quickly (10 days in your first year, then 15 in your 2nd, ramping up to 20 by year 4). They also offered summer hours with half days on Fridays between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
