Renee R. Brooks serves as Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Risk Officer of South State Corporation. In February of 2016, she assumed the additional role of Chief Risk Officer. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and later earned a Master in Business Administration from Queens University in Charlotte. An active member of the community, she serves on the Board of the SC Student Loan Corporation and the Ben Lippen School Board.
