Worked in southern California for SGWS for two years in on premise sales. Every day was like a scene out of Donnie Brasco. You have to make your boss look good. He has to make his boss look good. Because the BOSSES are always wanting more. Very adversarial management culture. A culture of fear.

What can this brand most improve?
