William Brooks — Vice-Chairman, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Speedway Motorsports

Mr. William R. Brooks has been an Executive Vice President of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since February 19, 2004. Mr. Brooks has been Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since December 1994. He has been Vice President of CMS, AMS since 1990 and TMS since 1995; BMS since January 1996; LVMS since December 1998 and IR since November 1996. Mr. Brooks served as President of Speedway Holdings, Inc., Speedway Motorsports Inc.'s financing subsidiary and its predecessor entities since 1995 until its merger into Speedway Motorsports, Inc. at the end of 2002. He served as Chief Financial Officer of SAI from February to April 1997. Mr. Brooks served as Vice President of Lowe's Motor Speedway (formerly the Charlotte Motor Speedway) and a Vice President of Atlanta Motor Speedway. He served as Vice President of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since December 1994. Mr. Brooks also served as Sonic Financial Corporation's initial Treasurer, Vice President and Secretary from January 1997 to April 1997. At SFC, he was promoted from manager to Controller in 1985 and again to Chief Financial Officer in 1989. He has been Vice Chairman of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since May 2008. He has been a Director of Speedway Motorsports, Inc. since December 1994 and Sonic Automotive Inc. since its organization in January 1997; AMS since 1990 and TMS since 1995. He served as a Director of SAI since 1997. He served as a Director of Speedway Holdings, Inc. from 1995 to 2002. Mr. Brooks serves as Director for various operating subsidiaries of SMI. Mr. Brooks joined SFC, an entity controlled by Bruton Smith, from Price Waterhouse in 1983. Prior to January 2001, he served as a Director of LVMS and IR. He served as Director of Atlanta Motor Speedway.
