Because of the business model (bulk of employees work off site) they need to have empathy. The environment at the hospital level is toxic.
Pay and benefits that reflect the market and the value of nurses after putting their lives on the line for the last 2 years, staffing ratios that keep patients safe

As it is in so many departments, employees have been promoted that are not qualified. Tenure does not = qualified.
