I get to be around decent people and dope shoes

Down to earth. Personable. Funny. Everyone can find common grounds with each other. The communication is solid
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
More professionalism. Too much playing around in the office. Everyone is elbow to elbow with the lack of space. Nice people but the environment is chaotic.
