Due to lack of training and team devlopment I was unsastisfied working. I also watched management be allowed to harrass employees simply because her store brought in higher sales. I would not recommend this comany due to overbook schedules and equipment issues.

More than one interview, ccheck references.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is more focused on opening more stores than developing the existing stores.
